Media and photography consent

The permission levels we offer

• The program may publish names, comments, photographs and videos.
• First names only.
• Photographs or videos may be used without names.
• Internal program use only.
• Feedback only — do not publish any submitted content.

Young people

Permission concerning a young person is given by a parent or guardian. Where a young person appears in a photograph or film, we default to first names or no names at all unless the family has clearly asked otherwise.

What we do with media before approval

Photographs and films a family sends are stored privately and are never publicly reachable. A coordinator reviews each item, checks the family's chosen permission, and only then considers whether it may appear on this website.

Withdrawing permission

Write to info@cincinnatiexchange.org and we will remove the material from this website. Existing printed material already distributed cannot be recalled, which is why we ask carefully before printing anything.

Third-party material

We publish only photographs and films that we are entitled to use. Films hosted elsewhere are embedded with their owners' privacy settings respected, and nothing plays until a visitor chooses to watch. See also the privacy notice.
